Magic Mondays Mixed Ability Yoga Class:

Every Monday evening.

Early class is 18:00 – 19:15.

Late class is now 19:45 – 21:00.

How much does it cost:

£9 per lesson. Old class passes will be honoured (If you have an existing pass please contact me to book your space), however whilst spaces in class are limited I will not be offering any more passes so that everyone has an equal chance to attend.

You will need:

Essential: Comfortable clothes that you can easily move in, your yoga mat, water, and a blanket (in colder months).

Optional: Yoga blocks and a strap.  Please note you do not have to spend loads of cash on these, I used to use homemade wooden blocks and a tie.

Class Information:

This is a mixed ability yoga class that combines elements of Ashtanga with traditional alignment based Hatha Yoga. Perfect for students who want to develop their own dynamic, invigorating Yoga practice that will nourish mind, body and soul. The classes are structured in a very similar way each week, and you will learn some basic meditation techniques, sun salutations, standing poses, strength building exercises, traditional seated postures and movements, and deep relaxation techniques. This class is open to students of all levels. You will be encouraged to find your own limits and pace within the practice, always honouring what your body is capable of. Through repetition you will quickly notice that your body is becoming more supple, stronger and your mind more equanimous. Sounds good huh? so why not come and join us every week as we safely cover the basics and learn how to build and develop your own yoga practice in a fun and engaging way

Be warned though, you might just surprise yourself at what you can achieve!

I keep the classes fun and it is my mission not only to guide you through your practice but also to take time to explain the reasons we do each specific movement or posture, and and what effects it can have on the body. My aim in doing this is to give you a practice that you feel confident doing on your own, anywhere, anytime and can be used to maintain optimal physical and mental health. Sounds good right? How To Book

If you would like to reserve a space at class you must use the calendar below and complete your payment online. Your space in class will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Please arrive early, following new covid 19 regulations, you may be asked to wait outside whilst others check in for class, so please bear this in mind considering whether of not you need an umbrella.

Before coming to class you must fill out an intake form. This is true even for returning students. If you forget to or lose access to the form you can find it again by following this link.

You must bring your own mat as the use of studio equipment is temporarily prohibited. If you do not have the correct equipment and are unable to participate in the lesson you will still be charged in full.

Bring some water.

Relaxation is done on the floor, please consider bringing your own blanket to keep you warm.

I operate a 24hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend for any reason you must let me know at least 24 hours before the start of class in order to receive a refund. Failure to do so will result in the class being charged in full. I appreciate your understanding in this.
