A gentle class combining traditional Hatha yoga postures and breathwork, with gentle exercises and mindfulness, every class ends with a deep guided relaxation.
Wednesday afternoons: 12:15 – 13:15
At the Yoga Tree.
A class for beginners, having fun whilst learning simple yoga concepts and movements designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Similar to my Thursday Beginners Hatha class.
Wednesday evenings: 18:00 – 19:00
At the Yoga Studio Norwich.
A dynamic class combining elements of Ashtanga with alignment based Hatha Yoga. For those seeking a slightly faster practice.
Wednesdays evenings: 19:15 – 20:30
Similar in style to my Wednesday Beginners class, with a focus on learning basic yoga concepts and movements designed to stretch and strengthen your body.
Thursday evenings: 18:00 – 19:00
A deeply relaxing meditation practice that uses guided imagery to aid in personal/spiritual growth.
The last Friday of every month: 18:30 – 19:30
