Class Information

Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, My Vinyasa Flow classes are a little more structured and each week follows the same sequence of standing postures to begin with, before taking on some different strength or balance based flows. The set structure that we follow each week allows you to grow faster and also track your progress more easily. These classes are ideal for yoga improvers and fitness enthusiasts.

Learn:

Sun salutations
Standing postures.
Vinyasa movements.
Meditation.
Deep relaxation.
Foundations in breathwork.
With over 10 Years teaching experience, you are in safe hands!

There is no one size fits all, we each come as we are, which is why everyone is welcome to attend.

I keep the classes fun and it is my mission not only to guide you through your practice but also to take time to explain the reasons we do each specific movement or posture, and and what effects it can have on the body. My aim in doing this is to give you a practice that you feel confident doing on your own, anywhere, anytime.

Every Monday evening,

19:30 - 20:45.

£10 per lesson (15% discount applied when 5 or more classes are booked together in one order).

Essential: Comfortable clothes that you can easily move in, your yoga mat, water, and a blanket (in colder months).

Optional: Yoga blocks and a strap.  Please note you do not have to spend loads of cash on these, I used to use homemade wooden blocks and a tie.
