Class Description:
This is a vinyasa flow class loosely based on ashtanga practice. You will learn a set sequence that combines movement, postures, and breath to improve strength and flexibility, and make you feel generally great. Each week, the flow will be kept very similar. This not only helps you measure your progress from week to week, but also means that you can really learn the sequence of postures inside and out.
Are you ready to move . . . (and possibly sweat)?
All are welcome. There is no one size fits all, we each come as we are, which is why everyone is welcome to attend. With over 10 Years teaching experience, you are in safe hands!

General:
- New students must fill out an intake form. Please do this in advance by following this link.
- You must bring your own mat.
- Bring some water.
- Relaxation is done on the floor, which can get cold in the winter months. Please consider bringing your own blanket (or two) to keep you warm.
