Sophie"Laurie is a very gifted masseuse with healing hands. He is very attentive to each persons individual needs and he sits with you to discuss what you want from the massage and check in with your mind and body before he begins. He is an Ayurvedic massage therapist and uses his yoga training in his work, alternating between pressure applied with hands (and feet if you want it) and also moving your body into yogic stretches to get deep into the muscles. I leave everytime feeling refreshed and renewed and excited to come back again."
