How the Booking Process Works
Class Description:
Learn the four cornerstones of yoga. . . awareness, breath, movement & rest.
Drawing from my experience of various styles of yoga to bring you a ‘mixed style’ beginners class.
Each class combines the various elements of yoga so that I can give you a practice that you can use to keep both body and mind healthy.
There is no one size fits all, we each come as we are. . .
Learn;
- Hatha postures.
- Vinyasa movements.
- Meditation.
- Deep relaxation.
- Foundations in breathwork.
With over 10 Years teaching experience, you are in safe hands!
Yoga refreshes your body, making it feel as though your cells are singing!
I like to keep the classes fun and really endeavour not only to guide you through your practice but also to educate you about the reasons we do each specific movement or posture. My aim in doing this is to give you a practice that you feel confident doing on your own, anywhere, anytime. Please use the calendar to reserve your space, and come along to see what all the yoga fuss is about.
